Lindsay Carey recently handled the sale of our late father's house in Bradshaw Drive. The situation was more difficult than usual in those circumstances, as my sister and I live overseas (Switzerland and USA) and we were only in Australia for a few days over Christmas and New Year. Lindsay was always available during that holiday period and after our first face to face meeting in December with him, we were immediately impressed with his enthusiasm and knowledge of the local market. From then on our communication was by email and phone and Lindsay kept us informed at all times on the progress of the sale and his strategy for getting things moving. There were a few ups and downs along the way and unexpected matters popped up that no one could have foreseen. Lindsay handled all these promptly, most professionally and with transparency. This certainly reduced the stress-factor on our side. Importantly, he was able to liaise with our solicitors in Alice and other parties involved, which also put our minds at rest. We are sincerely grateful to Lindsay for all of his help during this time and for the successful sale of the property.
