Mark has more than 20 years experience within the Elders Corporation with most part being in the East Gippsland area. Mark and his family moved to Bairnsdale from South Gippsland to manage the Stock & Station business and is now the Director & Officer in Effective Control of the Elders Real Estate business in Bairnsdale. Mark has also furthered his education along the way and has successfully obtained a Bachelor of Business and also successfully become a qualified Property Valuer. Having opened the Elders Real Estate franchise in Bairnsdale in February 2008, Mark has had great success during this time taking out the Victorian Riverina Sales person of the Year award at State Level. On a National level, Mark was awarded the Top Principal in Regional Australia and was inducted into the Elite Status Sales Group for the number of properties sold.
Through his hard work and dedication that he shows to his work, his attention to detail and high standards of service has helped him build a reputation for excellence in real estate. Mark’s hands-on management style ensures that every member of the team is effectively working towards the superior outcomes customers have come to expect from Elders Bairnsdale.

Jeanette Butterfield - Office Manager / Sales Administration
Jeanette has had over 30 years experience within the Banking and Finance Industry having successfully built her own conveyancing business which she operated for 15 years and sold in 2008. Jeanette has extensive experience in all facets of real estate sales and business management and started with us as a sale support person. She has progressed to the office management position together with managing the sales department. Always professional Jeanette continues to provide our vendors and buyers with an efficent service with customer service being her number one priority.

Wendy Beadle - Real Estate Consultant
Elders Real Estate Bairnsdale is excited to announce the new appointment of Wendy Beadle to the Sales Team in Bairnsdale and Wendy will be joining the team on Monday 25th February.
