Steve Leslie is a Director of Elders Ballina and has been dedicated to the real estate profession since 1987.
Steve relocated to the Northern rivers region in 2005 with his wife Natalie and two children (and has since grown to 3 beautiful children!)
Previous to moving to the area Steve and Natalie were the owners of a successful Real Estate agency on Sydney's North Shore.
Steve sites his move to the Ballina area as the best lifestyle choice he has ever made and is an advocate of enlightening others to 'the better way of life'

Natalie Leslie - Director/Property Manager
Natalie is a career dedicated Property Management professional having won multiple awards for her attention to detail and property management expertise over the past 18 years.
Natalie's background includes managing property for some of the most dynamic estate agencies, government departments and companies in Australia.
She established a successful Real Estate Agency with Steve on the North Shore of Sydney, where her dedication, professionalism and enthusiasm has been acknowledged by the Real Estate Institute of NSW, including Property Manager of the Year and Property Management Office of the Year.
