Steve commenced his real estate career in 1987 and has spent the past 25+ years building a reputation as one the leading estate agents in NSW.  He prides himself on his honesty and integrity and believes that providing the highest level of service to his vendors and purchasers will ensure and continue his longevity in the industry.

During his time in the real estate sales industry Steve has worked for some of the most prestigious agencies on the lower North Shore of Sydney, resulting in the opening of his first agency in Crows Nest in 1999, with his wife Natalie.  Steve built that agency from 'the ground up' and during the next 6 years earned the most prestigious awards of top 2% salespeople worldwide and his office achieved Property Management Office of the Year and runner up Property Management Office of the year for 4 consecutive years.

In 2005 Steve made the move to the Northern Rivers and yet again his high level of customer service and sales expertise has been well received - over the past 7 years he has again established himself as one of the leaders in the industry.

2011 saw the opening of Elders Real Estate Ballina and over the past 12 months the agency has progressed from strength to strength.
