Tim has been the sales manager for Elders Southern and Midlands since June 2010.

Having worked in the real estate industry in sales and management roles for more than twenty-five years, Tim Morris has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the sector that is a real asset to the Elders Southern & Midlands team and his clients.

Honesty and open communication is paramount to Tim in whatever he does. That is why he keeps his clients informed of any developments along the way.

In his spare time, Tim enjoys sporting activities, renovating houses for profit and spending time with loved ones at his family shack up north.

Tim’s focus is on managing successful deals. He prides himself on detail, communication and telling the whole story – not just the “pretty” bits, the whole story, how it is.

Kimmaree – or Kim as we know her – has been with Elders since 2005, initially as a Sales Consultant but now she heads up our Property Management department. 

Kim spent Many  years working in her family business at Colebrook. During her spare time, she loves curling up with a good book, tinkering away at a quilting project or bush walking. 

She is a proud mum of two adult children; and an even prouder Nan to Charlie and Addison. Yes, you did read that right, she is a grandma! 

Kim loves nothing more than finding her owners the perfect tenant for their investment property – especially when that “perfect” tenant surpasses the expectations on the owner.

Tim Cordwell has been an integral part of the Southern and Midlands residential sales team since 2005.

Prior to real estate, Tim worked in management roles at David Jones, Myer, Shoe Biz and Florshiem that required him to be highly focused on meeting customer needs.

In 2003, Tim returned to Tasmania with his wife Tracey after ten years in Western Australia; and more recently, they now have two beautiful daughters - Amaia born in 2008 and Eliza born in 2010.

Chris Johnston - Rural Property Consultant

After graduating from Glenormiston Ag College, Chris farmed with his family at Ouse in the Central Highlands of Tasmania. In addition to the traditional livestock enterprises better suited to the region, they also tried their hand at growing Blackcurrants, Pyrethrum, Cherries and Seed Potatoes. He is a handy bloke to know. 

Chris believes that presentation is the essential ingredient to getting your property noticed, that is why he makes the time to ensure you property is presented to the public in the best light. 

When he is not spending time with his three adult children – Jack, Poppy and Gerogia - he enjoys a “dangling” a line in front of a fish (both fresh and salt water) and the thrill and exhilaration of snow skiing.

Prior to returning to real estate in 2011, Sally Murfet owned and operated a boutique rural consultancy business for five years specialising in people and business development; and published a niche agricultural magazine focused on the Australian Beef Industry. 

Sally and her fiancée Peter are actively involved in the Buckland Fire Brigade as a volunteers – Sally is currently the Second Officer. In 2009 Sally and Peter welcomed their daughter, Stella to the world. 

Sally works hard but also enjoys some outside real estate she also enjoys some taking time out with family, photography, gardening and socialising with friends.

Prior to semi-retiring in 2006, for more than fifteen years, Ross was the Franchisee of Elders Brighton (now known as Elders Southern and Midlands); and is a highly respected member of our team. 

Ross and his wife Trish farmed in the southern midlands area before Ross entered the real estate industry. Ross and Trish raised their four adult children in the region. 

Ross’s knowledge of property has continually proven to be an invaluable asset to the Elders network. In semi-retirement, Ross now lives at Old Beach and enjoys playing and coaching bowls. He is also a Past president of the Brighton Bowls Club. 

With over twenty-five years’ experience in real estate sales, auctions and property management, he well qualified to assist old and new client achieve the best possible outcome.
