Mark Howlett - Principal
Mark has over 30 years of sales experience. Since starting real estate on the Tweed Coast in 1991, he has achieved a multitude of awards for sales performance and is well known throughout the area for his genuine desire to fully understand his clients needs and agenda and always places his vendors needs above anything else. He has an amazing ability to formulate a plan uniquely suited to each clients indivdual circumstances.
Mark has been married for 25 years and has 2 adult daughters. He has a passion for supporting the local community wherever possible and has a great interest in the local youth of the tweed coast and their future. Since Mark's inception as Principal and Director of Elders Cabarita Beach in 1999, he has strived to ensure the highest quality of work ethic and customer service and continually stresses the importance of this to his staff members. We endeavour to provide training programs to make sure his team are adhering to the same quality of customer service which he prides himself on and places a great deal of importance on effective and efficient systems in the office. Vanessa Howlett J.P. NSW - Co-Principal
Vanessa has lived on the Tweed Coast for over 30 years and has a good local knowledge of the area. She has a background in many facets of office and business administration and management. Vanessa presently oversees the property management department and offers support throughout all other aspects of the business.

Nick Spencer - Area Manager

Mandy Pearce - Receptionist
Mandy Pearce joined the team at Elders Real Estate at Cabarita Beach in 2002 as receptionist. As a local resident of Pottsville Beach for the past 20 years, Mandy is very familiar with the area and people of the Tweed Coast.
Her role as receptionist has also extended to include certain aspects of Property Management such as accounts and general day to day procedures of receipting, banking and organising routine inspections.
In 2007, Mandy achieved a great accolade in being named the Elders Real Estate NSW/ACT Receptionist of the Year – an award bestowed upon her at the national Award Ceremony held in Sydney.

Hayley Steel - Personal Assistant to Mark Howlett
Hayley has been appointed Personal Assistance to Mark for over 2 years and offers support and expertise in all aspects of sales for both vendors and buyers alike. She has been part of both our Property Management and Sales Team for over 4 years and has been in the real estate industry since 2005. She finished her HSC in 2004 and decided that real-estate was the career for her.
Hayley strives to help our customers and dedicates herself to her work - she is very outgoing, friendly and approachable.

Lara Howlett - Property Management Representative
After graduating from Year 12 at Lindisfarne Anglican School and obtaining her HSC in 2008, Lara had an interest to work in the family business. She obtained some casual work experience in the office over several months and came to enjoy the many facets of a busy real estate office. In April, 2009 Lara was successful in obtaining a Traineeship in Real Estate and is very keen to further her studies in Property Management and Administration. Lara will provide Receptionist and Property Management support and is a valued member of the team.

Matthew France - Property Manager
Matthew has recently joined the Elders team and has been appointed Property Manager after moving down from Brisbane in August 2011.
He comes to Elders with 8 years industry experience, 2 years in sales and 6 years a a residential manager. During his time spent as a residential manager Matthew gained a full understanding of both owners and tenants needs, and developed an ability to work with both parties to achieve a smooth and pleasant rental experience. Matthew believes that all owners and their needs are different and that each property is unique which requires diligent and individual attention.
Matthew was married in 2005 and has 2 children. His wife is a local who he met in Brisbane and they could not think of a better place to live and raise their children. Although he has not been a local for long he fully understands the benefits and appeal of what the local community has to offer.
