2012 is planned as a growth year for Elders Real Estate Cairns. Growth in our market share, growth in our sales team and continued growth in our rental and body corporate management portfolios. To accommodate this, on Friday 13 January 2012 we moved offices to a very high profile position at 124-128 Anderson Street, Manunda. This is a great deal larger area than our city office space and therefore there is plenty of opportunity for growth.
2011 was a time of acquisition and broadening of our services for Elders Real Estate Cairns. Late 2010, as INCITY Real Estate, we purchased a body corporate management portfolio and we are now one of the fastest growing body corporate management companies in Cairns due to our “hands on” management style.
Early in 2011 we purchased the business known as Elders Real Estate Cairns, which included an extensive rent roll, from Elders Corporate Office.
In July 2011, we merged our two real estate businesses under the national and well recognised brand of Elders. This now in my opinion, offers our clients and staff a broader market in which to work.
Elders Real Estate Cairns sales and support team is second to none with its depth of knowledge and it’s wide ranging skills and services. Elders Real Estate Cairns is the only real estate business in Cairns that covers the full range of services, body corporate management, property management and sales in both residential and commercial.
