Elders Real Estate Culburra Beach is the result of a vision Kerry Green had back in 2005. Kerry had been working in the Real Estate Industry for 10 years preceding her decision to branch out on her own. She felt that the Property Management Departments of your typical Real Estate were not given the amount of attention or investment required to enable the level of service expected by owners of investment properties. As a result Kerry decided to go that step further and complete her studies to become a licensed real estate agent.
Six years have passed since the conception of Take a Break South Coast Property Management Services Pty Ltd and the business now employs 7 local people providing a complete real estate solution in Sales and Property Management.
Kerry never stops looking for ways to enhance the service and has now expanded the business to include Property Sales and has joined the Elders Group.
Kerry believes that the business's success to date is due to the original concept that a business should be nurtured and there is always room to improve and grow. The market is constantly evolving and client expections do require a personal and individual approach, which Kerry and the team will always provide.
Kerry is confident that the business will never stop evolving and with an excellent team beside her, will continue to strive to provide a service second to none to her many property investors and holiday guests.
