The presentation of your home for sale is indeed very important and if ignored can greatly hamper the successful sale of what is probably your biggest asset.You don't have to spend a fortune to present your home in its best light.
The old saying "you never get a second chance to make a first impression" couldn’t be further from the truth when it comes to attaining the best price possible for your home.
We love our homes. They are our own personal castles and every room and ornament has the glow of good memories. That sentimentality means that sometimes it’s difficult for us to see our own property objectively (through the eyes of buyers). Where we see beautiful family photos, they see clutter in non-matching frames. Where we have managed to adapt around a lack of storage space, they see a lack of storage space.
