As much as we had reservations in selling our lovely beach home, the whole process was handled respectfully and smoothly by your agent, David Wakefield. He, from the very beginning maintained great communication throughout the whole process before and after the agreed sale.
Having two houses on the market at the same time, David regularly kept both Ian and I updated when inspections were happening and even when things were quiet. He gave both positive and negative feedback which was well received. Even when the sale was in the stage of waiting for council paperwork and inspections, he constantly kept communication flowing between ourselves and the purchaser.

Dear Ms WattsI am writing to thank you for the excellent property management services provided by yourself and the team at Elders Culburra Beach. In particular, your recent efforts in managing the matter relating to replacement of the gas cooktop at my residence made complex by the reluctance of the manufacturer, Samsung to repair the existing cooktop under warranty was commendable.
I have had a variety of experiences with real estate agents who have managed our property both under holiday and permanent rental arrangements over the past nine years. The majority have been happy to accept the rent, take a commission and typically refer any matter on as a problem for me to sort out. In contrast the service provided by Elders, in particular your individual efforts have exceeded the expectations of the teant and me. This was evidenced by your willingness to follow up repairers and seek alternative solutions to the problems being experienced and also continually providing clear lines of communication between all parties throughout the process. Perhaps what was most appreciated was the professional yet friendly approach of the staff at Elders who were always receptive and very pleasant to deal with taking time to discuss the issues then taking positive steps to sort them out.
I would highly recommend you and Elders to anyone seeking a great property managment service that not only provides excellent value for money but goes that extra mile to ensure the best interests of the tenant and the property owner are always paramount.
