I am writing this letter as a thank-you for an exceptional job done by an amazing sales person.
 
I first talked with Dianne Webb when she phoned me to see if I wanted to sell my house at Stafford Rd, Stafford, I told her I was currently renovating it and would be finished in six weeks -  the renovations took a little over 7 months.
 
Dianne would call me every few weeks to see how I was going, to inform me of how the market was and the amount of calls she was getting inquiring about properties in Stafford. 

I started to get used to them and was impressed with her relentless dedication with keeping me informed (and encouraged) and her professionalism. 

When I finally had the place finished, I asked three other real estate agents to give me an appraisal of the property. Two said $265k the other $270k as an asking price expecting $255-$265k after negotiations.

When I talked to Dianne she told me she already had buyers that would pay more.  Three days after listing it with her I signed a contract for $290k, $20-$25k over what the others had said it was worth.

About the same time I signed my contract two very similar houses on Stafford Rd (not quite as nice) went at auction both for $230k.  I got an exceptional price for my house because Dianne kept me informed.

She is an amazing sales person and she keeps track of her buyers as well as her sellers.  I have absolutely no hesitation in referring my friends to her as I know she will look after them.
