Sue has been a Property Manager for over 10 years, half of those with Elders Glenelg. Sue has completed her Certificate IV in Business Property Management.
Sue’s has recently been appointed to Department Manager, with her main role will being to monitor and maintain quality assurance, streamline office procedures and ensure that clients are receiving the best possible service

Bronagh McErlean - Senior Property Manager

Bronagh is a fully qualified Property Manager and joined us in our merger with the Cumberland Park office in 2002.
Bronagh has been involved with both managing and selling properties for many years and she has a good rapport with all of her landlords and tenants.
She remains up to date with the Residential Tenancies Act and understands the importance of communication. Her extensive experience and knowledge in Property Management will give you the confidence that every landlord longs for.

Libby Tunney - Senior Property Manager
Libby has managed properties throughout the inner metropolitan area for around 10 years. She has a professional attitude and a straightforward approach, combined with an excellent knowledge of the laws associated with the Residential Tenancies Act.
Libby has previously been a tenant, and is currently a property owner and investor herself. Her personal experience combined with the knowledge and ability to deal with both tenants and landlords qualifies her to offer you the highest calibre of service when looking after your investment.

Chris Acres - Senior Property Manager
Chris has been involved in Property Management in the Western suburbs over the past 12 years. She was also a Strata Manager for 3 years. During this time she has gained valuable knowledge of the Acts relating to Property Management and Strata/Community Title Management.
She is very approachable and has a friendly but firm approach with tenants. Chris’s experience, great communication skills and a promise to deliver a high quality service will give Landlords peace of mind with the management of their investment properties.
Chris is always looking to provide Landlords with information and suggestions that will increase their rental return.

Melissa Bonney - Assistant Property Manager
Melissa comes from a customer service background and has spent the last 3 years working within the real estate industry in an administrative role.

Melissa is also currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine as a general interest.

Michelle joined us in April 2001 from Elders Head Office where she had previously been for over 7 years, 6 of those with experience in the administration field of Real Estate.
Michelle has recently been appointed to Administration Accounts Manager, overseeing the trust account administration and responsible for general office management. Michelle is also a fully qualified property manager and is able to assist the property managers as required.
