ELDERS HERVEY BAY WINS AGAIN!!
Elders Real Estate celebrated its National Awards Dinner in Brisbane on Saturday September 4th 2010.
This event acknowledges the outstanding achievements across all levels and the professional excellence that positions Elders at the forefront of the industry. Principal Licensee Brad Mitchell and his wife Annette attended the Awards with other Elders representatives from across Australia who also celebrated Elders 171st birthday and supported a Charity Auction that raised significant funds for the McGrath Foundation.
Brad and Annette accepted the following Awards on behalf of the team at Elders.

Elders Real Estate Hervey Bay is locally owned and operated by Greg Berghofer. Their team of 20 staff specialise in residential houses and units for both the owner occupier and investor, the promotion and marketing of properties, auctions, permanent and holiday rentals, and general real estate.
Elders Real Estate Hervey Bay commenced operation on 1st March, 1996 in the location it still occupies at 402 The Esplanade, Torquay.
The business has prospered since that time and is today one of the most prominent and successful real estate offices in Hervey Bay and one of the most successful offices in the Elders Group nationally. The team has enjoyed incredible success in the industry and has received recognition and many awards over the years.
Elders Real Estate Hervey Bay has many long term employees and the company currently employs ten salespeople and three sales administration staff. They also have a large rent roll of both residential and holiday rentals which is managed by seven property investment managers.
The office is located in a high profile position in the busy tourist area on the corner of the Esplanade and Tavistock Street, at Torquay. The Rental Dept and Sales Dept each has a separate entry to allow easy flow of business. It has an exceptional window display, with large colour window cards displaying properties plus two TV monitors displaying the internet, all receiving maximum exposure to passing traffic both pedestrian and motor vehicle. This display is lit nightly, allowing tourists strolling along the Esplanade in the evenings to browse.
Elders Real Estate Hervey Bay supports local sporting teams and many charities including the Smith Family with their Christmas appeal each year.
