Mike Ashby - Principal/Licensee
For many years before becoming involved in real estate Mike was a minerals and metals trader. As a trader he travelled to many parts of the world and lived and worked in London, New York, Singapore and Perth.
Some twenty years ago he and Lorraine chose to move to this area and have lived here ever since. He and his wife recognise the bright future for this area and have investment properties in the Kwinana area.
International trade trained him to understand the sanctity and integrity of negotiations and contracts.
These beliefs have carried with him into the real estate profession. He thoroughly enjoys his life in real estate, which has grown rapidly over the past few years, assisting many people in the local area to buy, sell and invest in properties of all sizes.
When the opportunity to open a franchise office for Elders was presented in 2005 Mike and Lorraine leapt at it as it gave them opportunity of remaining with Elders and owning their own business.
Previously they had worked as Sales Representatives for another Elders franchise and they wanted to stay with the group.
His interests beyond real estate are reading, music and watching cricket plus, when time allows, gardening. He and Lorraine are vitally interested in the community and have sponsored local sporting clubs and schools.

Ron Tan - Property Consultant
