Elders has been around since 1839 & is one of Australia's most recognised & respected brand names.
Elders Real Estate has over 320 offices all over the country & has been operating in Launceston for over 11 years selling homes, businesses, commercial properties, hobby farms & life style properties as well as broad acre & commercial farms.
Recently Elders Real Estate has relocated its State Head Office to the corner of Evandale Road and Airport Road. It is a new and exciting move for us in Real Estate as now we are poised to give the best possible service to our clients. As you may imagine many people who are visiting the state to shop for real estate fly in, now we can be their first port of call.
So you see, we do it all, and there is a specialist just waiting to help you with you needs in real estate
The relocation of our office gives us an opportunity to focus on those in the regional and semi rural areas that need an agent that understands their properties. With competitive commission rates and a determination to get the job done we have recently, through successful sales, reduced our stock levels.
So our books are open and we are taking on listings now.
If you are thinking of coming on the market now or would just like to get an idea on market conditions and prices, please give us a call, we will be more than happy to visit and give a fair and honest appraisal of your property.
We cover an extensive area including Launceston & surrounding suburbs, East & West Tamar, Evandale, Perth, Hagley, Westbury, Deloraine & all places in between.
For a free, no obligation appraisal of your property call our staff or use our on line form.

Media release: Amateur photographers capture rural Australia
The Elders photo competition is again proving popular, with around 400 entries already in the running to be featured in the 2014 Elders calendar.
Due to the success of the 2012 competition, Elders is again giving amateur photographers the opportunity to have their personal photos featured in the iconic Elders annual calendar.
Photographers are encouraged to submit photos which depict rural Australian life, for their chance to be one of thirteen winning entries showcased in more than 75,000 copies of the calendar, distributed nation-wide.
Elders general manager marketing and strategy, Mark Geraghty, said the Elders calendar has been a feature of country homes around Australia for many years.
“We produce the calendar every year as a way of thanking our clients for their business," Mr Geraghty said.
“The photo competition and Elders calendar showcases the passion that Australian’s have for agriculture and rural life,” he said.
Entries can be viewed and submitted via www.elders.com.au/photocomp. The competition closes 5pm (CST) Wednesday 31 July, 2013.
The 2014 Elders calendar will be in Elders branches across the country from November.
