My honest opinion of Craig & Mike

A year ago if someone had told me I would one day write a recommendation for a realtor I would have suggested a visit to the doctor.

I am pleased to admit I was wrong and give my strongest recommendation to Craig Williams and Mike Nicholls of Elders Mosman. Their entire approach to the sale of my home was most professional and in all aspects responsive to my concerns and convenience. I was consulted at every step and kept fully informed.

I am not going to indulge in comparisons, however the sense of integrity and fair play which they bring to their work made the transaction a pleasure.

We recently completed the sale of our heritage listed 3 storey terrace in Lavender Bay
through Craig Williams of Elders Mosman. Craig was establishing his new agency in
Mosman having been with Elders Manly Vale;for a number of years.
Craig came for an initial visit to inspect our home and discuss sale options, during which
he clearly explained the pros and cons of each method. He readily agreed to all our
wishes, including the request for inspection by private appointment only even though this
would entail more time on his part. We have attended many "open house" inspections in
the area and disliked the idea of large numbers of "voyeurs" in our home.
Having lived in the area for years, and knowing the local comparable sales history, we
decided to sell by private treaty at a designated price. Craig was very helpful in arriving
at our sale price
Craig presented a detailed sale plan with a defined sale time frame. He initially only
advertised on Domain for two weeks with a very professional video tour as well as
numerous still pictures and floor plan and only then did he advertise in local and Domain
press.
Only about l0 interested parties ever inspected our house and we had a definite sale at
almost the asking price within 4 weeks of going on the market. A remarkable result
largely due to an efficient agent who spared no effort in selling our property at an
excellent price while adhering to our requests.
We found Craig to be a thoroughly pleasant, knowledgeable and well presented agent.
Both he and his assistant, Kelly McCoy, were always contactable and helpful with any
request or enquiry and made the whole process successful and less anxious for us both.
My wife and I cannot recommend Craig and his team more highly. .
