Originally from New Zealand, about 14 years ago Karen decided, after raising three children, it was time to venture out and so spent eight years in the United Kingdom mainly working for Hilton hotels, and other hospitality areas. Nicole Kent - Assistant Property Manager

Candice Plant began as a Personal Assistant to Mike Burns, and has been with Elders now since May 2008. She developed the Property Management sector from scratch in January of 2009. By creating this from scratch, we are able to offer our Landlords a unique and personalised service. Our aim is not necessarily to have the biggest Property Management portfolio - but to offer our clients the best service.
Candice has spent six years in the Royal Australian Navy, being deployed locally and overseas - so you can rest assured that your property will be looked after with military precision!! 

In 2009, Candice was rewarded for her hard efforts with the Elders Nationwide “Excellence in Customer Relations” award. She was also a Property Manager of the Year finalist for Elders QLD and Northern NSW. 

Candice has now returned from Maternity Leave and now has the role as Assistant Property Manager.
