As principal of Elders Palmwoods, we would like to thank you for the sale of our house. 
Originally we had it listed with another agent which we spent alot of money on advertising with very little result. We decided to go to Mike Burns with a brief that we had spent all our advertising money and would he still like to market our house with those conditions.

Mike Burns - Sale of 517 Wilsons Rd, Tanawha

We would like other potential clients of Mike's to know we were very impressed with his relaxed but professional attitude to selling our last property.
We met Mike when we went to inspect a property for sale on our road. We liked Mike's friendliness and knowledge of our rural area and asked him to inspect our property for a possible future sale. Mike took the time not only to get to know us but to also listen to our thoughts about our own property and to actually 'walk the block' so he could really understand what the property had to offer. We found this a refreshing and positive approach to understanding what he was to market.
