I have had 2 properties managed by Kelly and the property management team and are very happy with all their work. Elders are the 4th real estate to manage my properties and are by far the best. Kelly and the staff are always polite and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I'm always PROMPTLY informed when needs be and requests are always dealt with immediately.

I recently sold one of my properties and Gordon, Linda and the sales staff very very helpful to someone who has never sold before. They explained everything clearly and answered all questions. They kept me informed of all stages of progress of the sale. They made the sale seem easy.

I George Kyranakos have 4 x Property Managers that I use for my investment properties located in different areas. From the 4 that I have I believe that Kelly Collins from Elders Real Estate Penrith is the best performing Manager that I have. Always chasing the rentals up, always banked the day before the end of the month especially if the last day is a Monday she will bank it on the previous Friday. When a problem occurs she is on the phone asap, if a situation is to be handled during the weekend she will be available at all times and return your call. When I was renovating her suggestions were very valuable when I needed advice as to what a tenant would like in a renovation.

I think she has all the qualities that a Rental Managing Agent requires and MORE! She is a Landlords dream, I would follow her to which ever agency she went to.
