Communication from Amanda and her team is just fantastic!

I am writing to you in lieu of Amanda Eagles' nomination for Senior Property Manager Of The Year.

My wife and I have been involved with Elders at Picton for just two years but have been involved in the commercial property market for just over 20 years.

The trials and tribulations we have endured as owners - including the loss of licence of one agent due to financial irregularities with trust monies - have taught us many valuable lessons.

When purchasing the property Elders manages for us (at Pheasant's Nest), we were under duress from the selling agent to handle the tenancy but I elected to go with Elders due to the professional, efficient and friendly manners in which they conducted business.

Amanda and her team, even before we offered the property management, educated us on what to expected in out first Southern Highlands experience.

While our property was in high demand, it was Amanda's intention to get the best possible tenant for us as we had intended to live in the property in coming years.
It was an investment from the heart and not the pocket.
Since the property was first let, we have retained the same tenants, have never had an issue with rental payments and matters deserving attention (a damaged water pump and added screen doors) were attended to by Elders in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Importantly, communication from Amanda and her team is just fantastic. The office is run like clockwork and I always receive some sort of answer on the day a question is asked.

I can't ask more than that.

Property inspections are on time and the reports comprehensive.

As mentioned early, I have had many experiences with property managers - many who just collect money, others less than that!

Amanda has given me the confidence not to worry about our Pheasant's Nest property. The peace of mind is a tangible part of their work ethic.

I wish her well in being announced as Elders' Senior Property Manager Of The Year ... she certainly deserves it!

After a long 6 months, i am very happy to finally have the keys to my new house in Tahmoor.
I would like to say a big thank you to Tamara for her support during the whole time.

As you know my house and land package was an open listing and i can honestly say that if it wasnt for Tamara i wouldnt have chosen Elders Real Estate to buy from. I had viewed many properties early this year with most real estates in the Wollondilly. Then when i decided to purchase the house and land package in Tahmoor i had full intention of ringing all the real estates who had the listing to see who would provide me the most time and information.  Dear Amanda,

A Little Caring Touch

Recently i sold my house through Elders Real Estate at Picton. From the initiall first meeting when Tamara and Geoff came to carry out an appraisal on my house i knew i wanted them to sell my house. They were punctual, friendly and honest and made me feel very comfortable as they explained  everything with the entire process. Often first impressions are not always  so good but the reason i chose to use this real estate was exactly that, they created such good first impressions.

As i had interested buyers coming through the house, i was always kept up to date on who had been through and what level of interest they had. Either Geoff or Tamara always rang and gave me plenty of notice so i could have the house ready for them, even little caring touches like leaving the front lights on for me after a late inspection.

I would not hesitate in highly reommending Geoff and Tamara at Elders. It was not an easy thing for me parting with my house but both Geoff and Tamara were so caring and understanding, that ment a whole lot to me and made the process that much easier, thankyou so very much Elders Real Estate.
