With a staff of 24, the Port Macquarie team is one of the largest in the Elders Real Estate empire. The two principals are Bill Bodkin (Licensee In Charge) & Robyn Gleeson (Managing Director), who between them are approaching nearly 50 years of experience in the industry. Their professional chemistry has been an integral factor in the success of the business, and it is their combined leadership skills which have guided them in achieving the reputation as a flagship outlet for the parent company. The team, with many individual award-winners in its ranks, is a harmonious unit mixing experience and proven track records with upcoming talent and fresh ideas. Bill Bodkin - Licensee In Charge
Bill Bodkin joined what has since become Elders Real Estate Port Macquarie in 1984.
Prior to that, he was a financial manager at a large Sydney motor dealership before moving to Port Macquarie in 1981 with his wife Marilyn and their daughters.
Originally a sales agent, Bill's talent and success saw him move quickly through the ranks to become General Manager and Licensee.
His analytical and inquisitive mind - combined with a thorough understanding of real estate, complemented by an unwavering sense of commitment to clients and collegues - has helped earn team and individual awards.
Bill's determination and perseverance is borne out also in his numerous long-distance fundraising bike rides for multiple sclerosis research and awareness, such as the 'Loop the Lake' (Newcastle to Woollongong), "Round the Bay in a Day" (Melbourne) and "Rainbow Ride" (Byron Bay).
With two married daughters and five grandchildren living in Sydney, Bill and Marilyn relish the opportunities they get to be with the family.
In their free time, the couple manage to fit in boating, water skiing and caravan trips.

Robyn Gleeson - Managing Director
Robyn Gleeson, born and raised in the Hastings area, started in the real estate sector in 1997. Within just 5 years into her real estate career she had established herself as a director at Elders Real Estate, Port Macquarie.
Often called on to speak at industry conferences around Australia, Robyn's profile is high, as is the esteem in which she is held by her peers.
Her methidocal and composed approach has lent itself successfully to orchestrating thorough and effective systems and procedures that have maintained a united sense of focus among the large team and across the whole business.
Robyn can attribute much of her composure and energy to her practice of yoga and to Body Balance classes. These qualities are enhanced by her instinctive drive, conscientiousness, dynamism, and the ability to maintain a clear mind and find solutions - even in the most testing of circumstances.
Married to Terry, with two grown-up daughters, Robyn has also relished the role of grandmother since 2009.
She makes time to indulge in her passions for the outdoors, music and travel.
