"Country Living-City Benefits"

Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra are conveniently located just outside Canberra (ACT) & boasts a 'town & country' lifestyle, with all the benefits & conveniences of a city. Situated about 15 minutes from Canberra's CBD, Queanbeyan is a historic town & has a population of about 30,000.

Queanbeyan features a number of great restaurants & shopping facilities including the prominent Queanbeyan Leagues Club which overlooks the Queanbeyan River and Riverside Shopping Plaza. We have 2 public highschools, 4 public primary schools, 1 catholic primary school, 3 preschools & a number of daycare centres. Queanbeyan & Jerrabomberra are also only an easy car or bus ride to any number of Canberra private & public schools.

Jerrabomberra was developed in the 1988 & has rapidly grown to become an extremely popular estate. Jerrabomberra has a substantial shopping center including a Woolworths supermarket. Jerrabomberra also has a new primary school and Elders have enjoyed working with the school and a new student recognition program called - 'Star Student of the Month'. The monthly award is presented by Elders to a special student that has demonstrated excellent community spirit.

Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra are very proud of their sporting talents & we have a very boastful number of athletes that have been inducted into the Queanbeyan Sporting Gallery including: Heather McKay (squash), David Campese (rugby). The Queanbeyan Sporting Gallery also includes Olympic gold medalist & one of our previous Investors- Megan Still (rowing), another previous client- David Furner (rugby league) & even our very own Property Manager - Kellie Stumbles (barefoot waterski-ing).

The Elders Queanbeyan/Jerrabomberra office enjoys excellent main street frontage (20 Monaro Street).
