Les Bernhard - Managing Director/Licensee

Les has lived and worked in the local area since 1971. In 1974 he entered Real Estate as a Sales Consultant. Les founded Warnbro Realty in the early 1990s. 

In late 2011 he took on the Elders franchise.

Paul Ellis - Sales Manager/Director

Paul’s passion for Real Estate began in 1972 when he began working in the family Real Estate business. After 2 years in sales he sought out more excitement and joined the WA Police Force. Here he excelled, quickly advancing to the rank of Sergeant and was awarded a Special Commendation by the Commissioner of Police for his work with Youth at Risk and received three bravery awards, one of which was the “Rescue Cross” from the Royal Life Saving Society. In 2005 he returned to Real Estate. Paul’s believes in a strong customer service base. His boundless energy and enthusiasm has been rewarded with excellent results for his clients and strong support from a loyal customer base. Having lived in Rockingham all his life, he has excellent local knowledge. Paul is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and the holder of a Triennial Certificate.

Sara Kumar - Reception

Sara thoroughly enjoys her position as our Receptionist, she loves meeting and greeting all our clients, and fielding enquires about rentals & sales. Sara has been with Elders Rockingham Districts for 10 months & is often voted Our Top Team Member.

Steve started his career in Real Estate as the Assistant Property Manager here at Elders Rockingham back in early 2009 and since then he has worked hard to become the Senior Property Manager, his main focus is managing your property to the best of his ability, he also oversees the day to day running of the property management department.

Janet, originally from the UK, has made the right move to Australia and here to Elders Rockingham. Managing her holiday cottages in France for 12 years has given her a well rounded ability to meet her clients needs and competently deal with any situation that comes her way.

Dot has lived and worked in the local area since 1989 after migrating from the UK with her husband and 2 children. She has worked in various community roles before turning her hand to real estate in early 2003.

Dane Rawlings - Commercial & Business Specialist

Dane lives and breathes Real Estate. After spending 10 years working in residential and commercial finance for NAB and CBA, he has been excelling in the Real Estate industry for the past 2 years.
He played senior football for the Claremont Tigers in 2001 and 2002, before venturing to Victoria between 2003 and 2006 to play on the Mornington Peninsula.
With his many years experience in the banking industry, he has the ability to quickly assess situations and create successful solutions through effective communication and negotiation, and this shows with his already large and loyal client base.
Having purchased several homes and commercial properties over the years, Dane understands the challenges that may arise during this emotional time.
