Samford Valley, Camp Mountain, Wights Mountain and Highvale. Most properties are acre-age properties of 1 to 5 acres, with most of the 1 acre blocks located in Highvale, 5 acres blocks in Camp Mountain and Wights Mountain, 1.5 to 5 acres in Samford Valley. Only "Samford Downs" and the Village is supplied with town water.
