Andrew Miles is a sales consultant with 17 years experience in retail and real estate and is well respected within the local community. Andrew has resided in the Burnie area for over 30 years.
Prior to entering the exciting and fast paced career of selling real estate, Andrew had been given the opportunity to work within the retail sector in a very customer focused electrical / furniture store in which he was an employee for 9 years. Quite a few properties that Andrew sold in his first few years in real estate he has since listed and sold again (and in some cases, several times over).

Bruce Jubb

Bruce Jubb

Bruce Jubb commenced his career in real estate in July 2002. Bruce has received the Gold, Diamond and Platinum achiever awards within his previous industry group. As well as being Elders Tasmania top residential sales consultant for the last financial year.
Bruce brings extensive knowledge of the rural industry having successfully managed his own dairy and beef properties locally in the past (he still has a small herd of shorthorns – we don’t know how he finds the time!). Bruce enjoys spending time on the farm in the fresh country air as his down time from his busy sales role.
You would be hard pushed to find a sales consultant in the country with Bruce’s enthusiasm. We have seen Bruce get up before dawn to get the “perfect shot” of that special property and he regularly goes “that little bit further” to ensure that both seller and buyers are thrilled.
Bruce is happily married to Michelle and has two grandchildren.  Bruce is a very active man for a grandfather – he is still playing cricket for West Ridgley and thoroughly enjoys playing with and against players in the Burnie Cricket League.

David Bowling

David resides and operates locally on King Island as our Elders Marketing Representative. He is a fifth generation local and a descendant originating from the first settlers to arrive on King Island. 

His experience of the local environment is founded from a successful family pastoral history of over 100 years and one which still strongly operates on the island today. 

Previous overseas employment within the property industry combined with the local knowledge of the island's community, environment and business logistics offer clients a unique insight to King Island.
