Wagga Wagga is the largest inland city in New South Wales, situated on the banks of the magnificent Murrumbidgee River and positioned half way between Sydney and Melbourne.
The name Wagga Wagga arrived from the original inhabitants, the Wiradjuri Tribe, which means Crow and repeating it means the plural, hence the phrase “the place of many crows”.
Wagga Wagga is the capital of the Riverina region offering an exciting and relaxed lifestyle for residents and visitors alike. With over 60,000 people living in Wagga Wagga, we have the lifestyle and facilities to suit everyone.
