Amanda Tilyard - Director/Residential Property Consultant
In June 2008 joined by Greg Chamberlain they acquired the Elders Residential Franchise. I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer. Licensee-in-Charge of Elders Residential and actively working in Sales and Managing the Property Management Department.
Amanda started her real estate career in Wagga 1997, embracing all types of real estate from one bedroom units through to multi-acreage farms. Keeping a close eye on the market at all times, Amanda's knowledge has proved invaluable time and time again. Her finely tuned negotiation skills compliment her ability to talk at ease and at length to anyone. Amanda’s genuine desire to help people combined with her aspirations of making every real estate transaction effortless for all concerned is one of the reasons she has enjoyed great success. If anyone was born to sell Real Estate it is Greg Chamberlain.
Greg has been selling properties in and around Wagga Wagga since moving his young family to Wagga in 1999.

Mark Kennedy - Residential Property Consultant
Undoubtedly one of the best known and longest serving members of the real estate industry in the Wagga Wagga region.
Mark commenced his real estate career in 1974 and has been actively involved in all facets of real estate over that time but with a particular emphasis on residential sales and sale of new land releases.
Mark’s family have also been pioneer land developers in the city and accordingly he is well versed in every category of real estate activity conducted in the largest inland city in New South Wales.
Mark is also actively involved in many community and sporting organisations in the city and has just completed 12 years as President of Wagga Wagga Kangaroos Rugby League Football Club and 15 years as a Director of the Murrumbridgee Turf Club.
