Peter Moss - Principal
Peter has been with Elders at the Yeppoon office for his entire career in real estate. He has been involved in the growth of the area from all angles. Initially in residential sales and more recently in management of commercial, residential & unit development. Involvement as the local Aussie Rules Coach for a number of years, a keen golfer and an active sponsor have provided the office with a positive client base.

Denise Butler - Office Manager
Denise Butler commenced employment with Elders Yeppoon in January 2006 as our Office Manager and Sales Support.
Since joining the industry in 2001 she has earned a reputation as being honest, hard working and a willing learner but above that her nature and unique ability to handle clients and staff leaves a lasting connection with all.
The sales department is another of Denise’s responsibilities and with constant changes to all facets of our paperwork she ensures we are up to date.
Denise also handles all facets of advertising including the constant upgrading of our internet sites, office, window display and newspaper advertising and always seems to add a fresh approach in a very repetitive situation.
Denise’s other role in the office is one of support for her workmates and her impeccable knowledge of the industry is an enormous help to us all.
