Description of Country:	Coonara has a mixed balance of country ranging from magnificent river red gum frontage to the Murrumbidgee river, through to fertile irrigation farming country to paddocks of native pastures, grasses and clovers.The river frontage country is abundant with healthy red gums and natural pastures. Numerous river bends offer their own white sandy beaches and an abundance of native birds and animals.The irrigation and farming country has been laid out in sequence with 955 ha of landformed and 590 ha of older irrigation layouts of which 290 ha has been surveyed and designed for further development if required.Timber species vary throughout the property with Murray Pines, Boree, Grey Box, Oak and River Red Gums being most prevalent.
