Denis McGrath

Denis joined Elders in 1991 following a successful career as a stock and station agent selling many properties across NSW and QLD. He continued that success in NSW as a Real Estate Salesperson, selling over 500 properties and winning many state and national awards. He then spent 5 years in Qld as a Real Estate Sales Manager before moving back to NSW in 2010 as our State Real Estate Manager.
He is a licenced Real Estate Agent, Sock and Station agent, Business Agent and Auctioneer in both NSW and Qld, working from Dubbo he heads up our Rural Real Estate operation supporting a very experienced and successful sales team.

David Robertson

David is our Rural Real Estate State Manager for Tasmania. He has great credentials for the role having spent all his life involved in the rural industry. He grew up on a family dairy farm at Montagu near Smithton and still highly values the strength of the family farm enterprise.
David moved to King Island in 1985 where he owned and managed large grazing operations.
An opportunity to join the Elders Real Estate team presented its self in 2006 and since then David has been involved in some of the largest property transactions in Tasmania’s recent history.
He moved from King Island 2 years ago and has re-established himself and his family in the Launceston. In the past two years David has worked as Operations Manager for Elders Livestock and more recently as Regional Livestock Coordinator. During this time David has maintained his involvement in rural real estate and has been closely involved with the sale of the Great Southern properties on King Island.
David now joins the Elders real estate network that has strong links to national and international corporations and individuals looking at rural Australia for potential investments.

Shane McIntyre

Shane has over 25 years experience in the marketing and negotiation of rural property and is regarded as one of the State's leading rural property Auctioneers.
His career has always been city based and he therefore has a large network of city investors and clients. Philip Keen

Phil has been with Elders for 34 years and is based in Adelaide. He has over 30 years of real estate management experience across SA.
He is a licensed Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer and Land Agent in SA. During his time with Elders he has developed a range of skills working in various roles from Area Manager, Operations Manager, Livestock Manager and Branch manager. In 2002 his branch won the title of best branch in SA/NT.

Malcolm French

Brendan Whipps

Having worked in an independent agency and a large Real Estate franchise office as a salesperson and sales manager from 1992 - 2002, Brendan understands the unique difference between an independent and franchised office and the benefits of both.
