Excellent opportunities exist to join our busy branch network as a Real Estate Sales Representative responsible for ongoing and expanding growth of our real estate business.
Excellent opportunities exist to join our busy branch network as a Real Estate Sales Representative responsible for ongoing and expanding growth of our real estate business.
Major duties include:
· Listing, marketing and sale of properties.
· Maintaining excellent client relationships.
· Achieve agreed targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertising each quarter.
· Participate constructively in business development programs.
· Prepare and implement personal business plan, quarterly action plans and monthly marketing plans.
· Maintain and comply with all professional company standards and reporting requirements.
The position requires:
· Real Estate Licence.
· The ability to accurately appraise homes, units, vacant allotments, lifestyle and rural properties depending on the role required.
· Sound knowledge of real estate industry, group and influences.
· Strong organisational and communication skills.
· Current drivers licence.
