High Performing Dubbo Real Estate Duo, Brentley Goodwin and Rebecca Allatt Join Elders Real Estate

Elders Real Estate has welcomed one of Dubbo’s most established and respected real estate professionals, Brentley Goodwin, who has officially joined the Elders Real Estate Dubbo team alongside Assistant Agent, Rebecca Allatt.

Born and raised in Dubbo, Brentley is widely recognised for his deep local knowledge, consistent results and genuine, people first approach to real estate. Having spent his 16-year real estate career with another agency, this move marks a significant next chapter, bringing his experience and local expertise to Elders.

Rebecca joins Elders Real Estate Dubbo alongside Brentley, playing an integral role in client service, campaign coordination and day to day support for sellers and buyers. Known for her attention to detail, strong communication and commitment to client care, Rebecca works closely with Brentley to ensure a seamless experience from appraisal through to settlement.

Together, Brentley and Rebecca are deeply connected to the Dubbo community through their family commitments and involvement in local schools and kid’s activities. As parents of young families, they understand what matters most to local households, an insight that naturally informs the way they support their clients.

Brentley said the decision to join Elders was driven by culture, support and long-term alignment.

“This was not a decision I took lightly. Real estate is my community and my career, Rebecca and I saw an alignment with Elders in culture, philosophy and the way we do business, particularly around people, and fostering long-term client relationships,” Brentley said.

“What stood out immediately with Elders was the support, the people and the way the network works together. The branding will look a little different now, but our service, our values and our commitment to clients remain exactly the same, just better in red

Brentley and Rebecca now join the experienced Elders Real Estate Dubbo team, enhancing the office’s residential capability and offering clients a broader depth of market expertise. The Dubbo office has a long standing presence in the region with a well-established sales, property management and support team.

Richard Gemmell, NSW State Real Estate Manager, said the move reflects Elders’ continued focus on attracting high calibre local professionals.

“Brentley is a proven high performer with a strong reputation built on trust, results and long-term relationships.”

“His decision to join Elders Real Estate Dubbo reinforces the strength of our brand in regional New South Wales and our commitment to supporting the local community.”

Belinda Connor, General Manager Residential and Brand, said the appointment aligned strongly with Elders’ people first approach.

“Brentley and Rebecca exemplify what Elders stands for, local knowledge, genuine care for clients and a commitment to community.”

“We are proud to welcome them to Elders Real Estate and to continue building a network where great agents can thrive while delivering outstanding outcomes for their clients.”

While the branding has changed, Team Brentley emphasised that their approach to clients has not.

“We’ve worked hard to build trust and a strong reputation in Dubbo. That does not change,” Brentley said. “What this move does is give our clients access to a national network, wider buyer pools and a partner who believes in regional communities the way we do, without losing the personal service they expect.”

Brentley and Rebecca are now operating from Elders Real Estate Dubbo located at 1/36 Wingewarra Street, Dubbo and are available to assist local buyers, sellers and investors.
