As we step into 2026, there is a renewed sense of optimism across the rural property market. Activity has started the year on a positive note, with encouraging signs emerging across several regions.
We have seen a rise in buyer confidence and inquiry, particularly following the more favourable seasonal conditions in the south. This has contributed to an increase in listings — as highlighted in our Victorian and South Australian pages this month — along with reduced days on market. Should autumn deliver average or better conditions, we anticipate this momentum to continue.
