KUNUNURRA AGGREGATION

Prime Ord River irrigation land comprising 248.44ha that encompasses 'Chapmans', 'Rogers' and 'Rogers Sheds'.

'Chapmans' is a 172.87ha drip-line irrigated property with freehold title located approximately 7km north of Kununurra. Infrastructure includes a homestead, employee accommodation, storage shed and pump station.

'Rogers' is a 73.76ha flood irrigated property with freehold title located approximately 13km north of Kununurra. Rogers has sealed road access via Weaber Plain Road. Infrastructure includes a four bedroom rammed earth home and machinery shed.

'Rogers Shed' is a 1.81ha property with freehold title with a shop/showroom, café and commercial kitchen, plus two bedroom employee accommodation, carpark and playground.

The 'Quintis Estate' is being offered for sale by way of Expressions of Interest, as a whole or as individual assets. First Round Expressions of Interest close 4pm AEST 9 August 2024
