Elders Real Estate has strengthened its Western Australian leadership team with the appointment of Shane Kempton as State Residential Real Estate Manager, reflecting the company’s continued investment in growth opportunities across its real estate business.
Shane will lead residential real estate performance, capability development, recruitment and agent growth initiatives across Western Australia, working closely with the state’s established leadership team to support offices across the network.
The appointment comes as Elders continues to invest in key leadership roles and capability across its real estate operations, positioning the business to capitalise on growth opportunities in both metropolitan and regional markets.
Shane joins Elders with an extensive background spanning real estate leadership, business ownership and executive management, including serving as CEO of Harcourts’ WA operations, CEO of Professionals Australia and LJ Hooker’s WA & SA Director.
Shane, who has also served with the Australian Army and is an established leadership coach outside of his real estate career, said the opportunity to join one of Australia’s most respected and trusted brands was a significant drawcard.
