Elders is instructed by Endeavour Group to offer a substantial portfolio of high quality vineyard, winery, hospitality and tourism assets for sale by Expression of Interest. The structure of the expression of interest process is highly flexible, allowing parties to bid for individual assets or the entire portfolio (including or excluding plant and equipment).

The portfolio comprises a collection of high-quality assets located in the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Coonawarra and Tasmania, representing a rare opportunity for investors and industry operators to secure strategic positions within Australia's premium wine and wine hospitality landscape. It includes a diverse range of asset types, from scaled production vineyards and premium terroir holdings through to a multi-dimensional wine estate incorporating winery infrastructure, cellar door, tourism and event facilities.

SWA and Fair Farms certified, all vineyards are supported by ample water rights and feature modern irrigation infrastructure.

McLaren Vale
