Elders continues to grow in the Bunbury Region

Elders continues to invest in the Bunbury region after announcing its acquisition of Ray White Bunbury.

Ray White Bunbury has serviced the area for almost 30 years under the lead of Kevin and Jade Kelly who manage a team of professional real estate representatives and property managers across the residential and commercial real estate market. The enviable reputation and expertise that the team currently possess will be a huge asset as they merge with the existing Elders Real Estate branch in Bunbury.

Both Kevin and Jade intend to step back from the business following the acquisition, with Kevin stating he is excited to leave his business in the hands of Elders after it was named the most trusted brand in agribusiness in Australia for the second year running in 2021.

“Elders has a fantastic reputation right across Australia and with the Elders Real Estate office across the road from our current location, it felt like the right move for the business”.

The rest of the team will remain unchanged and continue to provide high quality service to their existing clients.

“The Ray White Bunbury team will continue to provide the same level of professional service our existing clients are accustomed to, with the only difference being the colour of their shirts. The values that run deeply amongst our existing staff align very closely with that of Elders so I believe they will come together to exceed expectations with regards to the elite service offering they can now provide”.

Elders State Real Estate Manager (WA), Drew Cary commented, “the south-west of WA has always been an area of strategic focus for Elders after our first acquisition in the area 5 years ago.

“With this latest opportunity, we will leverage the hard work of the Kelly family, building up their business over nearly 30 years into our existing market leading business in Bunbury. With an enviable reputation for residential and commercial property management already, the newly combined team will offer extensive experience and reach over the greater Bunbury region and beyond”.

“Elders are really pleased to welcome such a well-respected team into our larger family, and at the same time wish Kevin, Jade and the rest of the family all the best with their next endeavours.”

Drew also outlined the national real estate division at Elders has seen significant growth in its real estate division over the past year, with the gross margin up 38% on the prior corresponding period[1].
