Managing Director, Ricky Briggs and Director Gavin Coulson head up a nine-person team in the rapidly growing region surrounding Newcastle. This experienced team live and work in the area and are excited to expand their services across the Upper Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and Hunter Regions.

Ricky sits as the Deputy Chair on the Real Estate Institutes Auctioneering Chapter and will conduct close to 600 auctions in 2023 alone. This combined with his extensive sales experience and passion for helping the local community, set Ricky apart from the local competitors.
Gavin has developed a solid reputation within the industry for his work developing high performing teams, exceptional operational health and strong workplace cultures, both as an agency director and as Operations Manager for one of Australia’s largest property groups.
Ricky said that the choice to come across to Elders came after extensive research. “We knew that Elders was a recognised and trusted brand, and have done very well in the area in the past.
