The 2025 Elders Real Estate Annual Awards delivered a powerful snapshot of a network performing at its best, with record recognition and attendance and a clear lift in top-tier achievement across the country.
Throughout February and March, teams gathered for state-based awards nights to celebrate success and recognise those delivering outstanding outcomes for both clients and their wider communities.
At the centre of this year’s celebrations was a standout result; a record 184 agents were inducted into the Masters, Premier and Elite Clubs, representing an increase of more than 20 per cent on last year. These Clubs are the pinnacle of performance within the Elders Real Estate network, recognising agents who consistently deliver exceptional results.
Elders Real Estate Divisional CEO Tom Russo said the results were a powerful reflection of the ambition and capability across the business.
“This year’s awards show just how far our network continues to push itself,” said Tom.
“To achieve a more than 20 per cent increase in our top performers on top of last year’s record is an outstanding result and one that speaks to the drive and professionalism of our agents across the country.”
The Masters Club, the highest honour an Elders Real Estate agent can achieve, welcomed an outstanding 40 inductees this year.
Belinda Connor, GM Residential Real Estate & Brand, said these agents exceeded $1 million in gross commission during the 2025 year and consistently demonstrated leadership in their markets.
“Our Masters Club inductees set the standard for what excellence looks like in our business,” said Belinda.
“They are highly disciplined, deeply committed to their clients and relentless in their pursuit of strong outcomes. These agents know their markets, continue to invest in their skills and deliver consistently at the highest level.”
