Elders Real Estate makes history at the REINT Awards

Elders Real Estate Darwin and Katherine have both enjoyed remarkable success at the Real Estate Institute NT Awards for Excellence, held on 14 October.

The Elders Real Estate office in Darwin took out the following awards at the event, the most successful evening by a single team in the history of the REINT awards:

  •  Large Agency of the Year
  • Residential Sales Team of the Year
  • Residential Property Management Team of the Year
  • Residential Property Manager of the Year – Lillian Dobson
  • Community Service Award
  • Marketing and Communication Award
  • Public Choice – Property Manager of the Year – Lillian Dobson
  • First runner up in Public Choice – Residential Salesperson of the Year – Derek Hart
  • First runner up in Public Choice – Residential Property Manager of the Year – Sharon Clough

With many of the honours being awarded to the office for a second or even third time consecutively, Darwin branch manager David Oliver said it all comes down to the superb talent within the team.

“These awards are the result of the team’s efforts and professionalism, and a clear reflection of the pride we have in our work,” Mr Oliver said.

“In combination with the incredible Elders Katherine team, we are so proud to have been recognised as industry leaders once again at the awards, it’s a stunning result.”

Elders Real Estate Katherine also had an outstanding evening, winning the following awards:

  • Medium Agency of the Year
  • Innovation Award
  • Operational Support of the Year – Megan Wirth

Elders Katherine Principal Allison Ross said these results are a testament to the hard work and dedication of the Elders Katherine team.

“It is fantastic to have been recognised as a team coming from a regional location, and competing against similar sized agencies in the city,” Ms Ross said.

“It’s great result for our staff, and for the growth of our network. We hope these results can inspire people in regional areas to consider real estate as a career pathway.”

Held in October each year, the Real Estate Institute NT Awards for Professional Excellence recognise outstanding real estate offices and individuals across the Northern Territory.
