Last week, hundreds of Elders Real Estate’s top talent gathered in the Gold Coast for their annual national conference.
Over two energising days, attendees engaged in inspiring sessions, collaborative workshops and meaningful networking opportunities designed to elevate their performance and connection across the business.
Attendees had the opportunity to hear from an inspiring lineup of speakers including Nedd Brockmann, who captivated the room with his story of resilience and commitment; Seth Watts, who brought sharp insights into digital innovation and client engagement; Chris Blowes, who shared his powerful journey of survival and mental strength and Rachael Robertson, renowned for her leadership in Antarctica and lessons on teamwork under pressure.
High performing agents across the Elders Real Estate network were also invited to an unforgettable yacht function during the week, a celebration of their achievements and a chance to connect with likeminded professionals in style. This exclusive event is just one of the many ways Elders celebrates and recognises excellence across the business, with top performers regularly acknowledged through tailored experiences and awards.
Caela Griffin, State SA Real Estate Manager, said events like Elevate make her proud to be part of the Elders family.
“This is an amazing conference for people in all stages of their career to be involved in,” Caela said.
“The range of speakers has been fantastic, we’ve heard about cutting edge innovation and the future for our industry. This is an event where you can learn, evolve, grow and take your real estate career to the next level.”
Feedback from attendees reflected the overwhelmingly positive atmosphere of the event. Mal Campbell, agent and manager of the Elders Real Estate Tamworth office, said there was a spirit of openness and genuine connection throughout the program.
“It was an outstanding conference. It was so refreshing to go to a conference where everyone was so happy to engage with everyone,” Mal said.
The conference also featured a ‘community kitchen’ team building activity, in which teams were tasked with designing, preparing and cooking over 300 meals, which were then delivered to local homeless people.
Mick Edwards, who facilitated the activity, said he was blown away by the generosity and spirit of the Elders team.
“The meals will go to people sleeping rough locally, and some of those people won’t have eaten for days, so it’s a really good cause,” Mick said.
“I was very impressed; the team went above and beyond!”
Closing out the conference, the group came together for a country cocktail party, which was a fitting finale for the two days of connection and inspiration. The atmosphere was electric, providing an opportunity to soak in the discussions and deepen relationships, all set against the backdrop of a country hoedown. The evening captured the spirit of the conference perfectly: energising, and uniquely Elders.
Elders GM Residential Real Estate and Brand, Belinda Connor, said the event was a powerful reminder of the strength of the Elders Real Estate network.
“Our annual conference is always a highlight on our calendar, and Elevate 2025 truly raised the bar. The energy and engagement shown by our people was nothing short of inspiring,” Belinda said.
“Elevate reminded us what makes Elders Real Estate so special, which is our people and our commitment to excellence and making a difference.”
