Elders Real Estate welcomes Spinks Property Services

Smithton based real estate and property management business, Spinks Property Services (Spinks), has today joined the Elders real estate network.

Spinks, led by Duncan Spinks, Casey Spinks and Gemma Jenkins primarily operates in the Circular Heads region of Tasmania. The business will be fully integrated and branded as Elders. All staff will remain in the business to service their established client network in the surrounding area.

The acquisition is in line with Elders’ expansion strategy to fill geographic gaps in the network to better service clients throughout Australia.

State General Manager, James Cornish, said that Elders identified an opportunity to broaden and enhance the service that Elders can offer to clients throughout the Circular Heads region.

“Spinks will be an excellent addition to the Elders community and we welcome the team,” said Mr Cornish.

“Their local knowledge and connections in the region will be valuable in growing Elders’ reach in wider Tasmania, allowing us to better service new and existing customers.”

The team can be found at their existing office location, 54 Emmett Street, Smithton, TAS, 7330 and will operate under their new brand of Elders Circular Head.
