Mid North South Australia-based real estate sales and property management business Calaby Real Estate (Calaby) has today joined the Elders network, merging with the existing Elders Clare Real Estate office.
Calaby Real Estate was established in 2010 by Rob Calaby and has grown to be a top performing agency throughout the mid-north region, with a team of ten employees.

The business will be fully integrated into Elders systems and branding and will operate as Elders Real Estate Clare Valley and Balaklava. The three Elders Clare Real Estate staff, Julie, Ali and Emma will join the Calaby team at their current location, which is just down on Main North Road, Clare.
The acquisition is in line with Elders’ expansion strategy to fill geographic gaps in the network to better service clients throughout Australia.
State General Manager Bernard Seal says that the Calaby team will be a welcome addition to the local network, with the ability to broaden and enhance the service that Elders offers to landowners throughout the Mid North.

Elders’ acquisition of Calaby will be effective from 1 March 2024.
