One of Port Macquarie’s most prestigious canal addresses “74 The Anchorage”, has sold at auction for a Port Macquarie residential record price of $2.95 million. The sale follows an extensive auction campaign executed by Elders Port Macquarie sales agent, Corrine Cunningham.

Set among Port Macquarie’s coveted canal locale, the five bedroom, three bathroom property appealed to a wide-range of buyers, with its striking and luxuriously finished ‘Coastal Hamptons’ style. Set on 877sqm, the spacious two storey 363sqm home overlooks Port Macquarie’s picturesque canals, further adding to the property’s appeal.
